Dealing with Grief in College

Christal R Pennic, LPC-MHSP is a native of Nashville and a graduate of U of Memphis and Trevecca Nazarene University.

Christal is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist that specializes in Grief, Loss and Bereavement. She has experience providing grief therapy and trauma trainings in within Metro Nashville Police Department, churches and in her private practice. Her practice, Tittle-Pennic Grief Counseling & Consulting, LLC is a merging of her mother’s last name and her family name. Her family history is the “why” behind the healing work that she provides today.

Christal enjoys guiding her clients beyond the linear mindset of “the stages of grief” and into grief wellness. She does this by providing interventions that include reconnecting our mind, body and spirit while navigating the choppy waters of mental health and grief.

Christal in her free time enjoys podcasting and is the creator of the Podcast, “The GRip Spot(GRieve In Peace) while picking up the pieces, which can be found on youtube and audio only podcast platforms.
