Community Mental Health Discussion is a program for people to come together and discuss mental health issues in their community. We curate a safe space for people to share their stories, ask questions, and seek support from each other. Our goal is to create a supportive and understanding environment where people can use their lived experiences to help others navigate their personal life and mental health struggles. We believe that by creating a supportive community, we can help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and create a more understanding and compassionate society. We invite everyone to join us in our mission to create a healthier and more understanding community.
