Vaccine Equity Access Program

Ensuring Vaccine Equity for All Communities

At our organization, we understand that vaccines are not equally accessible to all communities. That's why we're partnering with community-based organizations and vaccine providers to enhance access to vaccine education, COVID testing, and vaccinations, particularly for communities of color. We recognize that elderly individuals, who are disproportionately affected by the health inequities exacerbated by COVID-19, often face barriers to accessing these critical resources. Through our Vaccine Equity Access Program, we're committed to bridging these gaps and ensuring that everyone has equitable access to life-saving vaccines and essential healthcare services."
